I needed a patio cover put on the front of my house, which is kind of different but we wanted it to look like a gable. They did such an awesome job! I’m not kidding when I say every day somebody compliments my patio cover. It’s on the front of my house, in fact it’s one of the pictures that Trever has on their Wakeland Construction website. I attempted to go local here in Fairfield with a long term company, and that was a joke. Took them 3 weeks to come by initially, and another 2 weeks for a written estimate. I about fainted when I read the estimate. I got EXACTLY the same product from Trevor Wakeland for 46% LESS. Wakeland has old school values with their customer. I’ve wanted to cover my patio for years, but I had no idea it could be this affordable and well built. Trever and his associate worked seamlessly together and delivered excellent results (they had great taste in the music they played too). Trever was friendly and professional from the initial consultation all the way through completion. The whole experience was smooth and stress free, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
